All orders are custom made and require processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary and are listed on the product page or at checkout. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses and cannot offer refunds or replacements in these cases.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
