Refund & Return Policy
All items are custom made to order. Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damage.

If the damage is a result of visible neglect or mishandling by the shipping carrier, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier.

If the packaging appears intact but the product is damaged, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Errors
If the shipping address provided at checkout is correct but the carrier delivers the package to an incorrect address, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors and cannot offer refunds in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
